Product Description
Sporting a sleek glossy white finish and soft, curved lines, the Moda Opal seamlessly blends into any existing interior design scheme. Its sturdy steel façade is built to last whilst remaining unimposing and stylish, handily concealing the heater body from most front angles for a particularly sleek and unobtrusive aesthetic.
Controlling your electric heater is a simple task with the Moda Opal. Its advanced WiFi capabilities allow for easy heat management through the Tuya or SmartLife app on your smartphone, so setting its temperature, creating a detailed 24/7 heating schedule, or programming the timer can all be done at the touch of a button. The Opal can even be controlled via both Alexa and Google Home smart speakers for completely hands-free control.
Heating solely through convection, the Opal works by circulating air through a highly responsive X-bar aluminium element, to quickly and effectively warm a range of spaces. Convection heating is perfect for supplementary warmth, for hard-to-heat areas or rooms not in frequent use, but it is not recommended as a primary heating solution.
Fitted with a precision thermostat accurate to ± 1 °C, the Opal automatically corrects its internal temperature if it ever deviates from your desired level. An accurate thermostat won’t waste energy by heating a room beyond what’s required, and won’t let it get chilly by letting it drop – helping to keep running costs down without sacrificing on comfort.
Sporting a circular touchscreen display at the top right of the unit, the Opal’s manual control is easily accessible when needed and dimmable and discreet when it is not. Its intuitive controls are tapped, not pressed, similar to a smartphone or iPad, so there are no protruding buttons on the Opal’s façade.
Whether you’d prefer the permanency of a wall-mounted heater or the flexibility of a free standing unit, the Opal comes with all the necessary attachments for each purpose. Perfect for DIY installation, the unit simply needs to be plugged in before use, so there’s no need for an electrician call-out.
